No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu
Our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on modern grappling, movement, and control without the gi. Classes emphasize practical techniques that translate well to self-defense, competition, and overall athletic development.
Instruction is structured and concept-driven, incorporating clear explanations, demonstrations, and guided drilling in a classroom-style learning environment. As well as a constraints-led approach, where specific situations are designed to encourage problem-solving and help techniques transfer naturally into live training.
No-Gi classes are beginner-friendly while still challenging for experienced students, and are offered multiple times per week.
Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Our Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on technical precision, control, and fundamental positions using the gi, building a strong foundation for long-term development. Instruction is structured and concept-driven, combining clear explanations, guided drilling, and situational training to help techniques transfer into live rolling. Students from Hialeah, Miami Lakes, and nearby areas train together in a focused, beginner-friendly environment.
Kids Program
Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on building confidence, discipline, and coordination in a safe, structured environment. Classes emphasize age-appropriate movement, basic grappling skills, and respect for training partners, helping children develop both physically and mentally.
Instruction is organized and guided, using clear demonstrations and structured activities that encourage focus, problem-solving, and positive behavior. The program is designed for children who are ready to follow instructions, participate safely, and learn in a group setting.
